Text Email Template Salesforce

Text Email Template is template format that use to send email from Salesforce at Text format using Workflow Rule.



Example:

Hello Sam,

 Hope you doing well! This is a Text Email Template Format, Please take a look.

 Thanks,

How To Build A Text Email Template:


Go To Setup:



Write "Classic Email Template" at Quick Find box and Select "Classic Email Template"

Click on New Button

Select "Text" as a format of this Template and click Save


Write 'Text Tmp' as a Template "Name",  write 'Text Template Format' as Subject of your Email Body, check the 'Available for use checkbox' also use this below format as an email format for your Text Email template and click Save.

Your Text Template Is Done. 😄😄 Now, Let's check how it's working!


Open the "Send Text" button by clicking on it



Add your Contact and Account from lookup and write your email address and check the 'send email checkbox' and click on ok.
